How to play Guess the number
A secret number between 1 and 100 is waiting. After each guess you learn if it is higher or lower, and how close you are. Seven tries is always enough if you split the range in half.
How a round works
- Type a number between 1 and 100.
- Read the hint: higher or lower, and how hot you are.
- The bar shows which numbers are still possible. Halve it each time.
Questions
- How many guesses do I get?
- 7. Halving the remaining range every time — 50, then 25 or 75, and so on — always finds the number within 7 guesses.
- What do hot and cold mean?
- They tell you how far your last guess was from the secret number: very hot is within 3, hot within 10, warm within 20.
- Is Guezzle free?

- Where are my stats saved?
- Your streaks and scores stay in this browser on this device. Nothing is sent to a server.
